The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector notifies that ‘Friends of the Sick and Elderly in Gozo’ is requesting a call for quotes for the supply and delivery and installation of ten (10) Medical Motorised Beds with Mattresses, and Five (5) Electronic Patient Hoists, as part of Project Reference VOPS A4.12.2025 “Lending a Hand:enhancing Home Care in Gozo”

We’re pleased to be once again organising our regular Car Boot Sales, as much as we are happy to be seeing you all once again!

The Annual Lunch by the Victoria Scouts Group, in aid of the Friends of the Sick and the Elderly in Gozo, will take place on Sunday 5 May at 12:30h at the Victoria Scouts Headquarters.

The main functions of the society are to assist the sick and the elderly in every way and to help improve and increase facilities available for the safety, welfare, comfort and convenience of the sick and the elderly in Gozo in their homes and the hospital.
Regular Fundraising Sales

These will take place on the road between the Gozo colleges. Entrance from Fortunato Mizzi Street.
We have ITEMS FOR LOAN or DONATION and gratefully accept donated objects for our fundraising Charity sales which usually run on the SECOND and LAST Sundays of each month except during July – August.

The main functions of the society are to assist the sick and the elderly in every way and to help improve the home facilities available for the safety, welfare, comfort and convenience of the sick and the elderly in Gozo.
This is achieved by means of the community care equipment loans service. The service is run by volunteers and the cost of the equipment is funded only by donation for use of the equipment, membership subscriptions and fund raising.
